01 Cocktail hour

The first hour

We arrive with plenty of time to set up, so the first person to find the booth does not have to work out how it runs. They tap the screen, it takes their photo, and it hands it straight to their phone.

02 Between courses

The gap nobody plans for

There is always a stretch between the meal and the dancing when the room goes quiet. The booth is where people go, and it is usually where the loudest laugh of the night comes from.

03 Once the music starts

For everyone not dancing

Half your guests will not dance. The booth gives them the other thing to do, which is why the photos from this stretch tend to be the ones with the grandparents in them.

04 Late in the night

When people stop posing

By this point nobody is performing for the camera any more. It is the same DSLR as the first hour, and the pictures look completely different.

05 The last stretch

What everyone leaves with

On the Glow Luxe and Glow Elite Experiences your guests are holding a print before they leave. On every package the photos are already on their phones, and a gallery follows on the Glow Digital and Glow Elite.

    Every package includes a custom Tap to Start screen, a personalized photo overlay and your choice of custom photo strip designs, so your names and your date are on every image. A backdrop or props built specifically for your day can be added on top.

    The photos are actually good

    Unlimited DSLR quality photos, not phone snaps under a fairy light. Guests share them by text, email, AirDrop or QR code before they have walked back to the table, which is how half your reception ends up online the same night.

    Your date is actually held

    Send us the date and we come back with availability and a proposal. Once your proposal, signed agreement, and retainer are received, your event date is officially reserved, so it is off your list rather than pencilled in somewhere.

How far in advance should I book my photo booth?

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weddings and peak event seasons. Popular dates can fill months in advance, but we'll always do our best to accommodate last-minute inquiries when availability allows.

What types of events do you serve?

We provide photo booth experiences for weddings, corporate events, galas, nonprofit events, school functions, birthdays, graduations, baby showers, holiday parties, and other private celebrations throughout the Portland metro area and beyond.

How much space does the photo booth need?

We recommend an 8' x 8' space, with 10' x 10' being ideal for the best guest experience. Access to a standard power outlet is also required.

Can the photo booth be customized for my event?

Absolutely! Every package includes a custom Tap-to-Start screen, personalized photo overlay, and custom photo strip designs. We also offer custom backdrops, props, and additional upgrades to match your event's theme or branding.

Do you travel outside of Portland?

Yes! We proudly serve Portland, Vancouver, Beaverton, Hillsboro, Gresham, Lake Oswego, and surrounding areas. Travel beyond our standard service area is available for an additional travel fee.

How do I reserve my event date?

Reserving your date is easy! Simply submit an inquiry through our website. Once your proposal, signed agreement, and retainer are received, your event date is officially reserved.
